Bought 5 keyed alike locks to match my previous ones but no keys provided, when I ask for keys they would only send them if I paid extra.

Nice and simple process quick delivery good product well made you would pay at least £15 for three keys on the high street change the locks when you move because you never know how many keys are in circulation

Easy to order, came on given date, delivery respectful of my elderly parents, fitted on given date, pleasent and respectful of property.

Product received and, as we were having work done at the house, the product was left in its box in the hallway until the workmen were ready to install it. On opening the box for the first time, the safe was extremely damaged and it was as though it had been dropped from a great height. There was no damage to the box it had been delivered in however, if there had have been, it would have prompted us to check the item rather than leave it for a couple of days. I contacted customer services who refused to exchange the damaged safe as it was not reported within 48 hours per their terms and conditions!!! I am now the owner of a very expensive damaged safe - potential purchasers beware!

I ordered a set of 10 keyed alike padlocks. All arrived exactly as described and on time. I will certainly use safe.co.uk again.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a product. No dispatch notification after about 10 days so I called. I was told it was not yet in the warehouse but I'd get a call or email back with an update. Nothing happened after 24 hours so I called in again and was told the same thing. I said I wanted to cancel order and get a refund as I had no faith that I would ever receive product. I was told I had to email in requesting cancellation. I did that and miraculously received a dispatch notification the next day and the product arrived. I'm normally the first to give 5 stars but this was the worst customer service I have come across in years.
